Where an individual establishes that the information held about them by Yates Professional Investigations is not accurate, complete or up to date, Yates Professional Investigations will take reasonable steps to correct that information.

Yates Professional Investigations will not adopt an identify that has been assigned by government agency as a means of identifying an individual.

7. Transborder Data Flows

Yates Professional Investigations will not transfer personal data outside of Australia unless:-

(a) the Individual concerned consents to the transfer; or
(b) Yates Professional Investigations has a reasonable belief that the oversees recipient is subject to similar rules to Australia;
(c) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between the individual concerned and Yates Professional Investigations;
(d) the transfer is for the benefit of the individual concerned and it is not practicable to obtain the individuals consent as to the subject matter of the information transferred.
